Un-vented cylinder service - £82.50
Combined Un-vented safety service and boiler gas safety - £150 + parts
MagnaCleanse flush starting from £450 based on an
average house with 7 radiators. £35 per
additional radiator.

We do not charge any call-out fees and all our
services are competitively priced.

No call-out fees
All our rates shown are billed per hour.
We will always show a comprehensive description of work
carried out, and a breakdown of
materials used are shown on all invoices.
There is a one hour minimum charge and consecutive hours are rounded up after the following half hour point.
We do not charge a call out fee, however charges will be applied for
any visits that require fault finding or a diagnostic
process
